It's not everyday credit union executives can try out the latest innovations transforming branches and slide down a batpole, but many got their chance at DBSI's Ideation Center this week.
CUNA members joined DBSI and CFM at the Ideation Center in Chandler, Ariz. for Seeing is Believing: An Immersive Strategy Workshop for Transforming the Branch to Captivate your Members Attention, a pre-conference workshop for the CUNA Operations & Member Experience Council Conference.

DBSI specializes in Branch Transformation, and that's what made session so valuable for Kari Kelley, AVP of Branch Operations at Navy Army Community Credit Union.
"They have an amazing system to identify your needs and the 'why' and what your desired outcome should be," said Kelley. "They start from the ground up and every detail of equipment, design, purpose, functionality and more is considered at each step. I gained so much information that also translates to our core conversion process!"
