DBSI Leaders Recognized to Propel Business Growth in 2023 and Beyond

CHANDLER, Arizona - DBSI Inc, a design-build firm for banking and healthcare, announced that Ginny Bruni has been named Chief Executive Officer of the company.

 With over 30 years of experience assembling and developing high-performance work teams to deliver quality service, Ginny Bruni is a proven leader in organizational development and driving business growth.

 “Our mission is to build and create the best client and patient experience for our customers," said Ginny Bruni. "I look forward to leading this charge."

In addition to Bruni’s advancement change, DBSI is pleased to announce an additional six key promotions within the organization. These advancements include a new Chief Financial Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and four new Vice Presidents to lead their departments and create growth space within DBSI’s lines of business.

 “These leaders were essential in creating a stable foundation over the last few years,” said Bruni. “We added 37 new logos in the last year alone, while expanding existing clientele, and it’s all made possible by the high-caliber talent and drive our DBSI team provides.”

 Responsible for shaping the company’s technology strategy and vision, Cody Higgins, named new Chief Technology Officer.

With over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, Jody Franklin named Chief Financial Officer to implement operational excellence across functional disciplines to support sustainable financial strategies.

 Corde Kurtz, the new VP of Design-Build, has led DBSI’s Healthcare vertical launch with a collaborative approach to always ensure successful project delivery that exceeds client expectations.

 With over 12 years of professional experience leading teams to drive desired outcomes, Jared Jones named VP of Growth.

“My goal is to help our clients envision a new perspective of what their organization can look and feel like, and make it happen!” said Jones.

A DBSI veteran for over 10 years, and with a passion for turning clients’ plans on paper into reality, Alisa Semyekhina named VP of Digital Creative.

For over 20 years, Kevin Stewart has been committed to ensuring DBSI’s efficient banking equipment installation and service operations run smoothly. As a result, he has been named VP of Banking Equipment.
