Unexpected. Visitors can walk right up to the large touchscreen display to browse products and services, or grab a cup of coffee from the beverage bar and relax.
Unconventional. At the Discovery Bar customers can hop on a tablet to learn how to use Bank of The James’ online and mobile banking features, apply for a loan or a new account.
Untethered. For other help and advice, clients and branch staff are unconfined to desks and lines—they can head over to the Teller Tower, Service Spot, or even outdoors to the Wi-Fi connected patio for assistance. For mortgage assitance they can head to the Expert Nearby Room, where they can see and speak with a specialist and complete an application via two-way video conference.
